Chloe by Phoenix Bridal is a  princess style wedding dress that will forever be timeless and elegant. Chloe is designed in beautifully textured mikado fabric. The straps sit off the shoulder and lead to a pretty sweetheart neckline. There’s excellent structure in the bodice which helps give great definition to the waist.
